We are an Independent Insurance Intermediary and we will act on your behalf in:
- 1. Arranging your BusinessHome insurance policy to combine under one policy, your domestic Household Building and Contents PLUS the insurance you require to protect your home business operations. This cover will be arranged with Axiom Underwriting or with other insurers able to meet your requirements or where these requirements cannot be fully met, provide you with enough information to enable you to decide the actual extent of cover you can accept bearing in mind what you need.
- 2. Helping you with any changes that you need to make to your Home and Business assets and liability insurance during the policy period;
- 3. Telling you when you need to renew your policy in time to allow you to consider and arrange any continuing cover

However if, in the opinion of Heath Insurance Services, there is a more suitable product available in the marketplace, this will be recommended. What to do if you have a complaint
It is our intention to provide you with a high level of customer service at all times. If you should wish to make a complaint about our service we have a formal complaints procedure. In the first instance you should contact us at 1 Canute Place, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 6BQ.
Please address your complaint to the Managing Director. We shall supply you with a copy of our complaints procedure upon receipt of a complaint or at any time upon request. You will be advised of any redress available to you, should you believe the matter has not been resolved to your satisfaction. If you cannot settle your complaint with us you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. We will advise you if you are able to refer any complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?
You are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without any upper limit. For compulsory classes of insurance this increases to 100% of the claim, without any upper limit.
